AscendSmurfs provides digital gaming-related services including: - Game accounts - Coaching / GamePal services - Other digital gaming services

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure. AscendSmurfs is not responsible for user negligence.

4. Delivery

AscendSmurfs provides both instant digital products and service-based orders.

Account Products: Game accounts and similar digital products are delivered instantly after payment via email, dashboard, or Discord.

Service Orders: Service-based orders such as coaching, GamePal, or boosting may take time to schedule and complete depending on availability. AscendSmurfs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, customer unresponsiveness, or technical issues.

5. No Affiliation

AscendSmurfs is not affiliated with Riot Games or any game company.

6. Service Changes We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Refunds are not provided for

Used accounts - Delivered services - Account bans after delivery - Buyer mistakes

Refunds may be considered only if the product was not delivered or was completely unusable at delivery. Support must be contacted within 24 hours of purchase.

We collect limited personal data including

Email - Username - Purchase history - Discord ID (if applicable)

This data is used only for order delivery, support, and account management.

We do not sell customer data.

ACCOUNT WARRANTY

Accounts are tested before delivery. We do not guarantee long-term account safety or immunity from bans.
